I’ve been working in the field of mental health since the early 70s. I have lived in the Brainerd Lakes area since the late 1970s, and provide psychological services in the Nisswa/Gull Lake area.

One of my interests is in the utilization of our own natural gifts and I promote this in my practice. Along with psychological cognitive therapy (& CBT) and counseling, two of the tools that I believe may be very helpful are the learning of self hypnosis and Spring Forest Qigong, in addition to other good mind-body self care practices.

By allowing your inner self (the unconscious) to participate with your consciousness through these tools, you open the door for transforming your thoughts, through healing information, which then transforms your feelings and reduces and eliminates the stressful symptoms, thus improving mind/body self care.
